Freedom of Speech Tour Begins
Nashville’s own Struggle Jennings collides with Canadian rap artist Tom Macdonald for The Freedom of Speech Tour.
Nashville, TN., October 3, 2019 -- Tonight, Nashville’s own Struggle Jennings collides with Canadian rap artist Tom Macdonald for The Freedom of Speech Tour. The pair will kick off a stint of six shows this evening at Live Fast Studios in Columbus, GA. Next stops include Orlando, New Port Richey, and Pensacola, FL. The tour will conclude with a stop in Wichita KS before wrapping up in Oklahoma City, OK on October 11th.
“This tour has places we haven’t seen in a while, and that always means meeting new fans. I can’t wait” said Struggle Jennings, the grandson of Country music icon, Waylon Jennings. Struggle continues to make a mark in the music world with the release of multiple recording projects this year. In May, his song “Holy Water” was featured on the FX hit show “What We Do In The Shadows”. Accomplishments also include the EP “Sunny Days” which introduces fans to his daughter Brianna Harness. Brianna will be gracing the stage during his set to perform songs from the EP, which notably peaked at the #1 spot on iTunes Blues Charts earlier this year.
Tour-mate Tom Macdonald’s career has risen over the past couple of years, garnering millions of YouTube views on nearly everything he’s put out. “Going viral on the internet has been a wild ride. Meeting everyone in-person and getting to hit the stage live is the best part of what I do. I’ll perform everyone’s favorites, as well as some songs from my new album “Ghostories”. Between Struggle and I, The Freedom of Speech Tour is gonna be crazy!” wrote Macdonald. “Ghostories” was released on August 30th, 2019.
